All models at least 18

The models, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction appearing/contained in that18.com were all at least the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of said images. All photographic images associated herewith, are EXEMPT from both the recordkeeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, because no images of "actual sexually explicit conduct" are contained on our domains.

Regardless of this exemption THAT, LLC is in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 since we still maintain all records establishing that all models were 18 years old, or older, at the time of the image(s) creation. Contact the Custodian of Records
